We work exclusively with manufacturing partners who follow disciplined, ISO 9001:2015-certified processes and a culture of continuous improvement, and we require every order to meet the legal, regulatory and quality frameworks that apply to it in the U.S. market.

ISO 9001:2015
All North Cast products are sourced from ISO 9001:2015-certified manufacturing partners and produced to ASTM and AISI standards. Pressure-retaining components, such as valve bodies, come from partners additionally certified to the EU Pressure Equipment Directive (CE PED).
Testing
Any of these can be run on your part when your specification calls for them. In practice they are run on the first one or two pieces, before series production begins: a tension bar and a Charpy specimen are broken in order to be measured, so they qualify the process rather than accompany every shipment. We agree which apply before work starts, and review the results with the manufacturer.
